I really can’t say enough good things. We drove from GR to bring our seriously ill cat home at 9 p.m. on a Saturday night before Easter Sunday. They were extremely compassionate and upfront about the costs and called me when they needed to do anything that would add to the total. I really appreciated that level of transparency, which I have not experienced at other vet offices. They seemed to understand that we didn’t have unlimited resources and didn’t feel judged. My cat was diagnosed with pneumonia, and I believed I saved her life. I have had experiences with both ER vets in GR and have been less than completely satisfied. I would drive the extra miles to have any of my animals there in an emergency because they impressed me with how understanding and compassionate, they were to myself and my husband. My husband was so distracted that night that he left his lights on, and one of the workers actually helped him jump his car. 10/10 would recommend.
