Terri is part of our customer care team and started at Cedar Animal Hospital in 2023. She previously worked part-time as a receptionist in the College of Education and Community Innovation while attending Grand Valley State University. “I was a stay-at-home mom for many years, and I knew that when I was ready to re-enter the workforce, I wanted to work somewhere that involved animal care,” she said.

What does Terri like about working at Cedar Animal Hospital?

“I enjoy the challenge of balancing phone calls, making appointments, and helping clients,” Terri said. “Getting to see all the pets is a bonus.”

Why does Terri think someone should bring their pet to Cedar Animal Hospital?

“We have brought our many pets here for 15 years,” said Terri. “They have saved more than one pet’s life, and when they can’t, they have helped us through the end with great compassion.”
