Dr. Winnie Mefford

Dr. Winnie Mefford graduated from Washington State University in 2023 and began working for Cedar Animal Hospital the same year. “I always loved animals. I developed a passion for biology in high school, so I decided to combine both,” said Dr. Mefford.

What does Dr. Mefford like about working at Cedar Animal Hospital?

“The people here,” she said. “Finding a team that supports you and teaches you is so important as a newly graduated vet. And they practice great medicine! There is so much room for me to grow.”

“The team here is amazing. They genuinely care for the patients and clients and do their best to treat animals here.”
