Dr. Samantha Littleson

Dr. Samantha Littleson received her veterinary degree from Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University, and joined the staff at Cedar Animal Hospital in 2023. She previously worked here as an assistant in 2020. “I have always known I wanted to be a veterinarian,” said Littleson. “From the age of three years old, I would wrap up my stuffed animals with bandages. I began shadowing and working at an animal hospital, and my interest in vet med was solidified when I saw the difference that I could make in an animal’s and their family’s lives.”

What does Dr. Littleson like about working at Cedar Animal Hospital? “Everyone is so welcoming. There is an amazing team mentality, and we all lean on and rely on each other,” she said.

Fun facts: Dr. Littleson has a golden retriever named Willow and 2 cats named Walnut and Winston. Her favorite type of animal to treat changes from week to week, and her unusual talent is doing a backflip on the trampoline.
